Our Mission
Fanwood-Westfield Cardiology is dedicated to providing the highest-quality cardiac care in Central New Jersey. Our fully equipped and technologically advanced testing facilities enable our staff to diagnose and treat all forms of cardiac disease. We are committed to preventing the onset of cardiac disease with intensive counseling and lifestyle changes.
Our highly experienced staff focuses on each patient to create a warm and comfortable environment. Doctor Kalischer has over 30 years of experience in Cardiology and has won the respect of his colleagues in establishing his successful practice.
The smaller size and independent status of our office allows us to focus our attention on the individual and adjust treatment according to his/her specific needs. Through his extensive experience and long-established working relations with outstanding cardiac surgeons and other cardiology specialists throughout the state of New Jersey and New York City, Dr. Kalischer is able to provide the highest quality care and access to the latest technologies to all his patients. In most cases, we can provide the results of our testing on the same day of the patient's initial evaluation.
With our two offices in Fanwood and Westfield, we are well located to serve residents of Union County. Doctor Kalischer is on staff at Overlook and JFK hospitals, but his practice is completely independent of any of the major hospital systems. This allows him the opportunity to refer patients to any hospital in the tristate area that is best suited to their treatment preference.
Here at FWC, our appointment schedule is flexible for patients with acute problems.
